Cycling is an amazing sport, full of fun, hard work, good moments and difficult ones. Getting your training right, hard days, easy days, and race days can be a challenge on your own. Working with an experienced cycling coach with the knowledge of physiology, strength and conditioning, and race day expertise can make all the difference in your riding.

Both of our team coaches, Kaitlyn and Jake, are currently taking new athletes for fully custom and semi-custom training. Coaching involves a free consultation call, training that adapts to your daily schedule, unlimited communication, and all the gained knowledge from our coaches shared directly with you.     Jake’s coaching is founded on the basis of physiology for cycling, analyzing the latest research published on cycling and exercise for athletes. He strives to create an inclusive environment where all athletes feel welcomed and encouraged to chase their own dreams.

    Jake currently is working with riders from the junior ranks all the way through masters athletes.

  • Ignition Coach Co

    Kaitlyn pulls her knowledge of exercise physiology, coaching experience, and current research to take the time an athlete has available to train and make the most effective use of it. But more than that she takes a holistic approach to coaching by getting to know the athlete personally to better understand his or her stress, motivation, nutrition, and sleep patterns and behaviors.

    Kaitlyn is accepting new athletes and currently works with junior to masters athletes.
